Since the establishment of Eastern Group in 2003, the company’s dominant operating philosophy has been to recognize customer needs and aggressively develop quality, economical products and services to satisfy those needs

Quality is non-negotiable within our business. Eastern Group has developed the highest standards of excellence & best practices. These standards are maintained through the operation of a Quality Management System (QMS) and all employees are committed to ensuring its effective implementation.

The management and employees of Eastern Group are committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality within the company’s business activities. In order to meet this commitment the management has made Quality Management an integral part of its business and in doing so has established the following company objectives:

 


  • To establish, implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems – Requirements.
  • To consistently meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
  • To ensure continual improvement in the company’s systems, products and services.
  • To continually adhere to the principles of hiring the best and to be conscious that employees are the company’s best assets where training, motivation and their quality of life and protection are constantly addressed.
